WOW! So as I was approaching my next phase of the #Ratty10 build to add sound deadener I wanted to research and use a brand that would be easy on the pocket, easy to apply yet compares to the top brand. Since my build is a budget build and I want to show others that they can modify and restore their own vehicles at home on a budget, I went with the brand KILMAT, sold on Amazon. It was amazing reviews and the price was definitely in my favor. Only $49.95,

The box arrived within 2-3 days and included 34 pre-cut mats and instructions. I opted out of buying or using a roller and used my hands, a self-made tool [flathead screw driver with thick cardboard adhered on for small crevices and corners] and some socket wrenches.

I laid out the sheets before adhering to my floor and firewall to see which directions and format I could use to use the least amount of mats and yet still line up effectively with minimal cutting and altering.

The last 30 minutes I even let my two young sons help apply some mats and it was easy enough they understood.

It is safe to say, we will be ordering more and using this brand on our other builds.
